Is my ticket good for the entire day?
Yes! Your admission allows you to enjoy the festival from noon through 11:00 p.m.
Is Oktoberfest Youngstown family-friendly?
Yes. Oktoberfest Youngstown welcomes guests of all ages and is designed to be a fun, community celebration benefiting the Autism Society of Mahoning Valley.
Are refunds available?
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of festival cancellation.
Food & Beverages
Will food be available?
Absolutely! Enjoy authentic German-inspired favorites along with a variety of festival foods from local vendors.
Will alcoholic beverages be available?
Yes. Penguin City Brewing and participating vendors will offer Oktoberfest beers along with other beverages. Guests purchasing alcohol must present valid photo identification.
Can I bring outside food or beverages?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless required for medical or dietary needs.

Gemütlichkeit (pronounced geh-MOOT-likh-kite) is a cherished German tradition that celebrates warmth, friendship, belonging, and joyful fellowship. It is the spirit of gathering together to share food, music, laughter, and community – and it perfectly reflects the mission of Oktoberfest Youngstown to bring people together while supporting local individuals and families affected by autism.
What kind of entertainment can I expect?
The festival features live music throughout the day, German folk dancing, cultural performances, family-friendly activities, and interactive competitions.
Are the contests open to everyone?
Most contests are open to festival attendees. Some may have age or registration requirements. Visit the Information Tent on event day for details.

Is parking available?
Yes. Public parking is available throughout Downtown Youngstown near Penguin City Brewing.
Is the festival accessible?
Yes. Oktoberfest Youngstown is committed to welcoming all guests. The event site is ADA accessible.

Because the festival benefits the Autism Society Mahoning Valley, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for everyone. However, Oktoberfest Youngstown is a public festival featuring live entertainment, crowds, amplified music, and other activities that may be overwhelming for some individuals. Are pets allowed?
Yes. Animals are permitted inside the brewery.

What happens if it rains?
Oktoberfest Youngstown is an indoor event. Please dress appropriately for the weather.

Where do the proceeds go?
All net proceeds benefit the ASMV and remain in the local community, supporting programs and services including advocacy, education, family support, social opportunities, and community outreach.
